Terms of use

Version 2026-11-05

These terms apply when you use this website or apply to one of our projects. How we handle personal data is explained separately in the privacy policy.

This text is in English and Spanish, and both versions say the same. If, through a mistake, they ever differ on something, the version that is more favourable to you applies.

1. Who runs this website

Who runs this website (Spanish Information Society Services Act, Law 34/2002, LSSI). We are an informal group without any economic activity, so we give our name and our email; once the association is registered, its tax ID, registry entry and registered office are added here.

2. Using the website

  • The website is free to use. You agree not to use it for anything unlawful, to disrupt it, or to send automated or bulk messages through its forms.
  • We may suspend access or discard messages that are abusive, fraudulent or clearly automated.
  • Texts, design and photographs are ours or used with permission. Photographs of participants are published only with the permissions they give, which are optional (one for our website and reports, one for our social networks), in the stage 2 form of their project (with their parent or guardian, if they are minors) and which they can withdraw at any time; we never publish on social networks photos in which a child under 14 can be recognised. Please do not reuse them.

3. Applying to a project

  • An application is an expression of interest, not a booking. A place exists only after we confirm it in writing and you confirm it back.
  • Selection follows the criteria published on each call and the programme's inclusion and country-balance rules. We answer every application, selected or not.
  • What you tell us must be true. Giving false information, or applying on behalf of someone else, can cancel your place.
  • Do not book travel before we confirm your place. Travel is reimbursed up to the cap published on each call, after the project and against original tickets and receipts, as the Erasmus+ programme requires.
  • Once confirmed, you agree to take part in the whole programme and to follow the project's code of conduct. Leaving early without a serious reason can affect your reimbursement.

4. Erasmus+ funding

Our projects are co-funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ programme. Views and opinions expressed are however those of the author(s) only and do not necessarily reflect those of the European Union or the Instituto de la Juventud (INJUVE). Neither the European Union nor the granting authority can be held responsible for them.

5. Accuracy and liability

We keep dates, places and conditions up to date, but they can change for reasons outside our control, such as decisions of the National Agency or a partner organisation. The confirmation email and the infopack of each project prevail over this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Spanish or EU law.

6. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If something goes wrong, write to us first: most problems are solved by talking.
